[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Milla is pretty much ordinary in the magical world.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Milla was an Auror, so her privacy charms are pretty first-rate. I'll specify if something can be hacked, otherwise assume that they can't.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] You can try. Milla's pretty unflappable, she's more likely to (benignly) tease back.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] If you really want to! But she'll be very much inclined to either settle down anyone trying to do this or, if that isn't possible, swiftly incapacitate them.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Absolutely. Milla is pretty much the biggest flirt the world has ever known.
